Do you need to declutter?

You have given your time to others, for a long time, children, aging parents, family member who is handicapped or has a chronic illness? Or you have simply let disorder settle in and you have had enough ? You can breathe, I'm here to guide you.

Decluttering can be hard to start, no longer!

You may have memories tied to all the things that constitute your clutter. Things that carry memories of times past, sometimes of people who are no longer there, whether kids who have grown up and left or loved ones who have passed away.

Up until now, you’ve been trying to do it on your own but you haven’t managed to do it.

And you might have people in your environment who are judgemental about it who might say very helpful things life “why don’t you just through it all out?” or “What? You STILL haven’t done this?”

I know, I let my clutter be part of the landscape for years and years and a few months ago, it finally became clear that it was enough. My house is pretty big and, while it is not all decluttered, I have learned a lot from the spaces I did declutter and I’m ready to share with you the gems I have already learned.

So you don’t have to this alone anymore.

I had to figure it out for myself but you don’t…

I have been there too, clutter all around, that is part of the landscape and that becomes a weight. My 4 children left a lot of things behind when they left home, I emptied my parents home and then their retirement home room. It seems I never had – or took – the time to deal with all these things in real time.

As I’ve heard from several people “Some people never do this!” So if you are here because you want to do it, I already want to celebrate you.

I promise you that you will feel proud of yourself when you make progress. And it will open up new possibilities for you. I cannot tell you what they will be but the more I declutter, the more opportunities appear for me. That’s why I sincerely felt that I could contribute something to you so that you don’t have to be alone in what today seems like the unsurmountable task of decluttering your home.

3 Months To Declutter

That’s why I created 3 Months To Declutter, because the sooner you get support, the quicker you will enjoy the benefits of having decluttered. This is a group program and I am limiting it to 6 people so I can be attentive to everyone. I encourage you to grab your spot if the pressure to declutter is getting to you.

If we haven’t met yet…

I am Sonia Weyers, Gestalt-therapist and support to caregivers. I also have many other hats in my life, mom of 4 grown kids and young grandmother to an almost 2 year-old grandson. I’ve had various jobs before becoming a therapist and I cared for both of my parents at the end of their lives in 2018 et 2019.

During the path of discovering myself and my interests, I also wrote two books:

  • “Happiness NOW!” : A personal development that takes you by the hand to discover the levers of your personal happiness.
  • “The Sundown of Life”: A personal testimonial of caring for both of my parents at the end of their lives.

Ma life has been quite full for a long time so clutter settled in little by little. Since 2018 a succession of all-encompassing situations only accentuated this phenomenon. In July of 2025, I decided it was enough and I was take by a decluttering fever. It is the lessons I learned that I put at your service in “3 Months to Declutter”!

I look forward to participating in your decluttering.
– Sonia.
