Perhaps some difficult event just happened to you that made you click here or perhaps you have been suffering quietly for quite a while.
Maybe it’s about relationships, whether in your couple or your family, in your social life or at your work, or perhaps you are going through a difficult period personally, wheter you are grieving or you have been dragging that pain for a long time and it is high time to take care of it.

When we work together, we will start by exploring what is going on with you, you will have a safe space to express what you may not even know you need to express.

In individual therapy, you have a safe space, this is your time for you, where you get to express yourself and feel heard and supported, whatever is going on in your life.
We will meet every week to start with and the rythm can be adjusted as we progress into the therapeutic work.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
The price per session is 70 euros.

In couples therapy, I work with your couple as a unit. In many parts of our lives, there is an individual focus and a lot of couples struggle to have time for the couple. This is one of the places you can secure time for your couple.
Whatever crisis you bring, I will be there so that you can listen to and understand one another better. Couples therapy can bring couples closer together and in other cases, it can lead to a separation. Either way, we will work toghether to find the best possible outcome for YOUR couple.
We will meet once every two or three weeks
The couple sessions last 1 hour and 15 minutes.

If you suffer from a diffuse and rather old malaise, I offer you therapeutic support. I am a Gestalt-therapist. Gestalt comes from the German word « gestalten » which means « to give shape » and also « to take form ». As a practice, Gestalt focuses on « feeling how » things are and experimenting newness rather than « understanding why » things are the way they are.
The Gestalt approach is rooted in a phenomenological and holistic* outlook: I observe both your physical and your emotional expressions, as well as your verbal expressions and I consider all aspects of you as a person, and not only your spoken words. My work is inherently relational, grounded in my experience with you. Another specific aspect of Gestalt is the controlled implication of the therapist. This means that I may share with you elements of your impact on me, for example my feelings and what thoughts or images come to me as I am with you. This brings you a wealth of information on how you impact your environment, which allows us to explore new ways of being and doing. This, in turn, can bring you the keys to a beneficial transformation.
Indeed, heightening our awareness of our relational impact allows us to soothe, or better yet, choose our relationships, directly raising our happiness.
The goal of therapy is for you to find more spontaneity and fluidity in your relationships. This may allow you to resolve your relational difficulties – whether from a traumatic experience or a relational climate preventing your harmonious development.
The work ends when you feel that you have found enough keys to leave the trajectory determined by your past, whether individually, as a couple or as a family. You can then finally live in harmony with yourself and with your environment.
I can see you individually, as a couple, or as a family. Together we will tackle your relational difficulties to allow you to access greater fulfillment. All my interventions are motivated by my desire to contribute to the awakening of human consciousness and to put as many people as possible in motion towards a better world on a sustainable planet.
