Caregiver Support Now
Would you like Caregiver Support Now ? You might, as it is common for caregivers to burnout, go into solitude or have other issues like stress or anxiety. This happens to a lot of caregeivers especially those who aren’t taking care of themselves. And for you to take the best care of the person you love, you need to take care of yourself first. I want to share with you a self-care plan that you can’t afford to ignore. Especially if you want to stay healthy and continue to serve the person you’re caring for.
The first step to caregiver support now!
The first thing to remember is that you need to know what kind of self care you need. This is not the same, whether you have a professional activity or not, whether you are caring for your spouse or someone else and whether your loved one can stay alone or not, to name a few. So you need to identify what kind of self-care would work for you as well as what would be helpful.
The issue of time for caregiver support now or anytime.
The next thing is to make a bit of time for caregiver support now. Because if you have no time right now, a few minutes a day will already be big progress. I have 5 ways you can recover 15 minutes a day to begin with, let me know in the comments if you’d like those.
Urgency
But if you think it can wait, beware of compassion fatigue and even burnout. Especially if you wait too long. Putting off your caregiver self care is really the worst thing you can do.
Breathing exercises for caregiver support now
And to show you that it’s possible, have 3 quick breathing techniques to find inner peace in 3 minutes or less. I have a video that shows you how to do them. Ultimately, this is so worth it because our decisions are so much better quality when we feel less stress and also we make many fewer mistakes when we are more relaxed. So the very first act of self-care you can do is breathing for 3 minutes. You can watch this 3 minute video here: https://youtu.be/4LM1cN8jmwI

The best caregiver support now
But the ultimate self-care is to have a place where you can feel supported. Where you can also experience deep listening. Where you can even receive some advice when you are facing an issue you don’t know what to do with.
Your Support Within Your Reach:
If you are ready to make your self-care a priority among priorities, but you are a bit at a loss how to do that, I have created something perfect for you, Let me describe it to you:
— It’s an online community of support, so you don’t have to go to another appointment. It’s called Your Support Within Your Reach.
– You can share in writing whatever you feel you would like to share. Your emotions, your difficulties and your wins all have a place there. You can do this directly from your phone and receive support and even some suggestions to help you solve your most burning problems.
– And once a month you can get on a group zoom call with me and have your questions answered live. You can’t make it? No problem, let me know your question ahead of time and I’ll answer it during the call. You can also watch the replay at a more convenient time for you.
– For the unavoidable stress of caregiving, I also create a new meditation every month. You can listen to them whenever you have a few minutes.
I’ve made all this available at a low monthly price because I didn’t want money to be an obstacle for you to get support.

Nobody should try to be a caregiver without feeling supported and yet so many do. This is a good time to not follow the crowd.
